PierInn Studio is perfectly situated in a prime position on the original harbour wall of the historic fishing village of Polperro. This beautifully presented and comprehensively equipped cottage enjoys outstanding views of the harbour and village and out to sea and benefits from a large balcony overhanging the harbour where you can sit and watch the boats bob up and down and soak up the atmosphere of the picturesque harbour. The prime location of allows you to explore the shops, lovely restaurants, fine pubs, beach and coastal walks just minutes from your front door. The studio lounge window looks directly at the boats as you sit on the sofa, you could almost be in a boat yourself it is that close. The lounge is equipped with a 42'' LED SMART TV with a NETFLIX subscription included and a CD player. Superfast Broadband up to 20 mb download is included for your convenience. There is a spacious double bedroom (with two entrances), a modern shower room and a well equipped kitchen with dining area. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, freezer, fridge, microwave and all the utensils you will need to self cater. The washing machine and tumble dryer are located in a cupboard in the shower room. Heating is provided by wall mounted electric convector and flame effect log burner. Parking is included in a reserved space about an 8-10 minute flat walk away (in the main Polperro Car Park - a chained off reserved space).  Pets are welcome (up to 2 dogs) and pets stay free of charge.

Door off lounge on to balcony overhanging the harbour. Parking is included in the rental and is an 8-10 minute flat walk away in a car park (reserved chained off space in the main Polperro car park).
