Harbour Watch was built in 1923 by the renowned French architect Morphew, located at the top of the traffic free Warren on the East side of the Harbour it commands a superb position. The views out to sea, across the harbour and Peak Rock and back into the village are truly stunning. Affording luxurious accommodation for up to 6 guests it comprises two double bedrooms (The master bedroom has a luxurious super king size bed) and one bunk bedded room, a large dual aspect lounge with superb sea views and separate kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped and facilities include oven/hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, iron/ironing board, washing machine and tumble dryer. There are two shower rooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. Outside you will find a patio area and large veranda where you can sit out and soak up the atmosphere of this beautiful working fishing village. Direct access to the coastal path walks mean you can enjoy a stunning coastal escape within minutes of leaving the house and all the amenities of Polperro from the choice of pubs, restaurants and shops are a short walk away. A 40" smart TV with Netflix & Broadband is provided for your entertainment. There is central heating throughout and parking is included in a secure private car park about a 8-10 minute walk away with a partial gradient. Layout: The house is approached from The Warren through a shared gated entrance (the house is semi-detached) and up a gently sloping long stepped path and finally by 6 steps to the veranda. Entry to lobby area then into lounge, to rear of lounge into dining area (with hallway to door out to decked terrace area) and then to kitchen. There is a downstairs shower room. Stairs off lobby lead to landing with doors off to: Large shower room, and 3 bedrooms, a master double with dual aspect sea views, and another double and bunk room with sea views. Central heating throughout and parking is provided in a secure private car park about a 8-10 minute walk away.
