Cottage Management....we have the solution

Although we concentrate on marketing we have arrangements in place with local house management companies and can introduce you to a complete solution for the running of your property if required. From cleaning to laundry and from emergency call outs to planned maintenance, our locally based contacts can cover every aspect of running a successful holiday let.  We work closely with our property managers whether they are individual house-keepers or professional property management companies to ensure your property is not only marketed in the best way possible but also maintained and presented to the high standards our guests expect. Some agencies have a two tiered commission rate system and you will pay an extra 3 - 5% for a full management package, the way we operate removes this as your relationship with your management team is direct. They work under your instruction and authority and we are there to assist with advice and support if and when necessary. So even if you live 300 miles from Cornwall you don’t ever need worry about your cottage.

As well as running the marketing business our Managing Director is also a cottage owner so has a wealth of knowledge and advice to offer owners, from practical matters to legislation.
