Layout: Entry into building via approx. 10 steps to main building lobby area; Ground floor apartment: Entry to lobby area door to living area with kitchen and patio balcony, door to double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and patio balcony, further door to twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Please note the car park is located at the rear of the property and is accessed by 50 steps. You can offload luggage and passengers and avoid the steps and access the building from the front by way of a sloping pavement  approx. 60 yards from the drop off point. Alternative free on-street parking is available with the same front access approx. 2- 5 minute walk away (this can also be used if you have more than one vehicle in your party).
