Miss Martha's Cottage is a delightful cottage located in the centre of the village above a traditional sweet shop 'Cornish Goodness'. Just 200 yards from the harbour and with all the village amenities at close hand Miss Martha's is well placed to enjoy the village and comes with the benefit of allocated parking in the main Polperro Car Park. Accommodation consists of two double bedrooms, one of which can be transformed into a twin bedroom if this suits your requirements better. There is a family bathroom with shower over bath, a well equipped kitchen which offers a double electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer and all the utensils to self cater for your holiday. There is a farmhouse table and chairs for meals. The lounge has an attractive feature fireplace with an electric 'log burner effect' fire and a 42" TV with Netflix. There is also an i-phone/i-pod docking station for your entertainment. All comfortably furnished and well decorated with character beams and attractive wooden flooring. Pet friendly (up to 2 dogs can stay free of charge), linen, towels and all utility charges are included. Parking for one car is included in the rental price and is located at the main Polperro Car Park (approx. 8 minute walk).
