Couch's House is an historic cottage located by the river Pol in the heart of the village. Once the home of Johnathan Couch, the British Naturalist, he lived in the cottage from 1810 to 1870. Lovingly restored the cottage has been transformed into a beautiful holiday home whlist retaining the feel of the home that Couch would have lived in.
