Deferred Deposit Deal is back for December - Book for just £45!

Our ever popular Deferred Deposit Deal is back! We are offering all guests the opportunity to book their perfect cottage during December for a 2025 holiday in Polperro with an initial deposit of just £45.00. There are some Terms and Conditions to this popular deal:-

1. The Deal is available only on bookings placed between 1st and 31st December 2024. Bookings can be made online (select Bank Transfer on the payment page and only send the £45.00 not the normal deposit requested) or call to book by phone (Giles on 01503 272 320)

2. All payments for the entire booking have to be made by Bank Transfer

3. The remainder of the deposit must be paid by 31st March 2025. If you decide not to proceed and pay the remainder of the deposit you will lose the £45.00 already paid

4. The holiday needs to take place between 24th May 2025 and up to and including the New Year week commencing 28th December 2025. Please note that all bookings for either w/c Sat 24th May (Whitsun) and w/c Sat 31st May the final balance date is being extended from 24th March/1st April (2 months prior to arrival) to 12th April. 

5. All holidays are covered by our standard Booking Terms and Conditions (with the exception of holidays for w/c Sat 24th May and w/c Sat 31st May whose final balance due date is extended to 12th April 2025).
