St Johns Hall is a truly exceptional house that has been painstakingly restored by the new owners and now offers a holiday home experience of the highest standard. Located in the heart of the village, just a couple of minutes walk from the harbour, it also has the benefit of close parking for one car (200 metres away). The stunning features of this property are numerous, as soon as you walk through the large period front door and see the magnificent oak staircase and slate flooring you know you are going to live like the Lord and Lady of Polperro. The open plan living area is a wonderful space to socialise with a very comfortable lounge area with Chesterfield leather sofas & chair and wall mounted 49" SMART TV with Blue Ray/DVD. There is a dining area and a fully equipped and stylish kitchen with single oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, washer/dryer and all the utensils required to self cater. There are three bedrooms, two king size doubles and one twin bedroom. There are three shower/bathrooms all with toilets. The layout means if there are two couples who wish to holiday together when they retire at night there a separate bedroom/bathroom facilities on the ground and first floor assuring privacy. For families the abundance of bathroom and toilet facilities means there will be no queuing every morning when you get ready to go out for the day. 2 separate outside seating areas. The house includes towels, all utilities, parking for one car 1-2 minute walk away and is pet friendly. The house is fully centrally heated. Pets stay free in all of our cottages. Free WI-FI included

Parking for one car 1-2 mins walk. An outside seating area as you enter the property. Entrance via 3 steps into the Kitchen/Lounge/Diner. Door way off to a twin room with ensuite shower room & toilet, a King size double bedroom & separate shower room & toilet etc. Solid oak staircase takes you to a masionette & Master Kingsize bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bath (with shower over it) & toilet. The master bedroom also has a small balcony over hanging the river Pol.
Towels are provided and the house is fully centrally heated.

The place to stay We stayed at the lovely St. John's Hall this week for a family celebration and we couldn't be more pleased. The facilities are fabulous and attention paid to detail. Very Spacious if you have a large party. It?s a short walk to the harbour and with a near by parking spot there?s no need to drag your bags through the town. Would recommend to anyone.

Relaxing river perfection We had a fabulous stay in St Johns Hall. It was a family break in Polperro, the location of the cottage is perfect, so central and with a parking space just yards from the cottage makes it all very easy. The cottage was in excellent condition and very spacious. The sound of the river from the bedrooms was magical. We had a dinner party with local friends and family (10 humans and kids) and the massive living space and well appointed kitchen made it easy. We have stayed in numerous cottages in Polperro over the years and St Johns Hall was definitely top of the list and will try to book it again on our next trip. Thank you and well done
