Stonehaven is a spacious family home from home located right at the bottom of Talland Hill just a 100 meters from the harbour. Offering very comfortable accommodation for up to 8 guests it comprises 2 double and 2 twin bedrooms (both of the double rooms have TV's), two lounge areas both with TV's, a very large kitchen/diner, family bathroom and shower room. Another feature of the house is a large decking area where you can enjoy an al-fresco meal or just soak up the Cornish sunshine. The master bedroom is spacious and features a large window seat in the corner of the room where the dual aspect windows have views down to the harbour. A perfect spot to relax and read a book or magazine and have a bit of 'me time'. Full central heating making Stonehaven ideal for a stay at anytime of the year. The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine/tumble dryer in addition to the normal oven/fridge/microwave and all the utensils you need to self cater with ease. The house is pet friendly (will accept up to 2 dogs free of charge), towels are included (except beach towels) and all utilities are included in the rental price. Parking for one car is included in the price (about 8-10 minutes walk)

Stonehaven - Entering on the ground floor you have a lounge, twin bedroom & w/c. A flight of stairs takes you to the second floor & a large kitchen/diner. A door leads out to a large decking area where you can enjoy an al-fresco meal or just soak up the Cornish sunshine. Off the kitchen/diner is another set of stairs leading to a twin bedroom, shower room, another lounge, family bathroom & a double bedroom. Another flight of stairs takes you up to the master bedroom.
Included in the rental cost is your electric & utilities, broadband, bed linen, household towels. Parking is included for one car in the price with a pre-paid permit for the main car park a 8-10 minute walk away.
Up to 2 dogs are allowed to stay free of charge.
