Talland Cottage is located in the heart of Polperro at the bottom of Talland Hill. Just a  2 minute walk from the picturesque harbour and a large choice of pubs, shops and restaurants. Completely refurbished with open living area fitted with a log burner and comfortable seating to relax and watch TV (42" with BlueRay/DVD player). There is a well equipped kitchen to self-cater with ease and this large room also provides a table and seating for meals. The sleeping accommodation comprises one King Size bedroom, one Double bedroom and one Twin bedroom. There is an en-suite shower room off the King bedroom with a large walk in shower and a separate family bathroom (with shower over bath).  The cottage is 3 storey with the Master Bedroom and En-Suite Shower Room on the second floor, the Double and Twin bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor and the large open plan living/dining/kitchen area on the ground floor. The patio is perfect for soaking up the Cornish sun and the house is located on the sunny side of the village. Patio furniture is supplied for your comfort and convenience. Parking is provided with a reserved space in the main Polperro Car Park for one car (approx. 8-10 minute walk) Pet friendly the cottage will allow maximum 2 dogs and these stay free of charge.   

Talland Cottage is set over three floors with a traditional layout with the large open plan living area on the ground floor and the sleeping and bathing accommodation on the first and second floors. Patio area and patio furniture. 
Reserved parking is provided for one car in the main Polperro Car Park (approx. 8-10 minute walk).
Pet friendly the cottage will allow 2 dogs (dogs stay free of charge in all our cottages)
