About Wayside Cottage

Wayside Cottage returns to our 2024 portfolio after a short period away. A delightful one bedroom cottage located a 2 minute walk from Polperro harbour it offers stylish and airy accommodation for couples wanting to enjoy the delights of Polperro and Cornwall. Well equipped and decorated, furnished and presented to a very good standard. The kitchen is equipped with oven/hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, cafetiere and all the utensils you need to self cater with ease. There is a washer dryer located in a cupboard on the first floor landing. The dining area is suitably furnished for your meals. For your entertainment there is a TV with a "Free Sat" in the lounge and broadband is also supplied (Wi-Fi). The cottage accepts pets and includes all utilities and reserved parking is also provided in a private car park (5 minute walk). You can offload luggage and passengers outside the cottage. This cottage is not suitable for children of any age.

Property Layout

The cottage is set over 3 floors. Entry to ground floor into kitchen/diner, stairs to first floor comprising bedroom and shower room. Stairs to second floor comprising lounge and patio doors off landing to outside decking area.

Testimonials

This is the 3rd time we come to this cottage with pleasure. Very comfortable, near the port and the centre of the village, it is a very good start for beautiful hikes on the cliffs.

Excellent ! We spent two weeks in Polperro. The cottage is very nice and comfortable, well located 2 minutes walk from the harbour and the traders. this is our second stay in this cottage, we will certainly return.

Perfect place to visit and beautiful cottage! We have just returned from a gorgeous week in gorgeous Wayside Cottage in gorgeous Polperro! We found the cottage to be cosy, tastefully decorated and have everything we could want for a comfortable stay. There is also an outside area where we dined in the sunshine. Polperro itself is amazing with a brilliant selection of pubs, shops and restaurants, there is certainly no shortage of choice! This is our first time to Polperro and indeed this whole area of Cornwall but we are already planning a return visit! We loved Wayside, Polperro and its people and would recommend anybody to experience this unique place for themselves. The local pubs in particular take you back and are just Brill.
